These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixl Agents platform operated by Pixl AI Studio ("we", "our", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Pixl Agents is an AI agent orchestration platform that allows businesses to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered agents across messaging channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and web chat. The platform includes integrations with third-party services like Shopify, Gmail, and Meta Business APIs.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• One person or business may maintain multiple accounts for different projects.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Pixl Agents to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate individuals or organizations.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Violate Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any third-party platform's policies.
• Process or store data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When connecting third-party services (Meta, Shopify, Google, etc.), you authorize Pixl Agents to access these services on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted. You are responsible for complying with each third-party platform's terms of service.

5. AI Agent Responsibility

You are responsible for the behavior and outputs of AI agents you create on our platform. This includes:

• The accuracy of information your agents provide to customers.
• Compliance with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
• Ensuring your agents clearly identify themselves as AI when required by law.
• Monitoring and correcting agent behavior as needed.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consent from your customers for data processing.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your data, agent configurations, and business content.
• We retain ownership of the Pixl Agents platform, including software, design, and trademarks.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.).

9. Pricing & Payment

Free tier is available with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixl AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
