Pixl Agents ("we", "our", "us") operates the Pixl Agents platform at pixlagents.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
- Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, Gmail, etc.), we receive OAuth tokens and the data necessary to operate those integrations on your behalf.
- Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between your AI agents and your customers through connected channels.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the platform, including agent configurations, behaviors, and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Pixl Agents platform.
- To connect and maintain integrations with third-party services you authorize.
- To process conversations through your configured AI agents.
- To improve our platform and develop new features.
- To send important service updates and security notices.
3. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect services like Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), Shopify, or Google, we access only the data and permissions you explicitly authorize. We use these integrations solely to power your AI agents. We do not sell your integration data to third parties.
Specifically for Meta Platform integrations:
- We access WhatsApp and Instagram messaging APIs to send and receive messages on behalf of your business.
- We store OAuth tokens securely with encryption at rest.
- We do not use your Meta data for advertising or share it with other users.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Meta account settings or from the Pixl Agents dashboard.
4. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform with encryption at rest and in transit.
- OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted using AES-256 / Fernet encryption.
- We use HTTPS for all communications.
- Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability: Export your agent configurations and conversation history.
- Revoke: Disconnect any third-party integration at any time.
7. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us at privacy@pixlagents.com or use the account deletion option in your dashboard settings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
For Meta platform data specifically, you can also initiate deletion through your Facebook/Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites".
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
