Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your data from Pixl Agents
We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@pixlagents.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- Your name or business name
- Whether you want partial deletion (specific data) or full account deletion
Option 2: Dashboard Settings
Log into your Pixl Agents account and navigate to:
- Click the Settings icon in the sidebar
- Go to the Account tab
- Click "Delete Account" at the bottom
- Confirm deletion
Option 3: Facebook/Instagram Users
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove access through Meta:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find Pixl Agents in your connected apps
- Click Remove
- Select "Delete all data" when prompted
This will trigger automatic deletion of all Meta-related data from our servers.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account information (email, name, password)
- All agent configurations and behaviors
- Conversation history and message logs
- OAuth tokens and integration connections
- Uploaded files and knowledge base documents
- Analytics and usage data
Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain data as required by law, including:
- Transaction records (for tax/accounting purposes, up to 7 years)
- Anonymized/aggregated analytics data
- Data required by legal proceedings
